This will be an exciting full camping experience with hiking, cooking, stargazing, camp fires (if possible of course) and night hikes!

Join use as we get to know each other while enjoying nature.

The Camping trip is for 4 nights and 5 days - in which we will plan hiking for 3 of those days + other activities.

All logistics including food, equipment, and other organization items will be finalized after the final group is formed as well as how much time each person is planning to attended if not the whole 4 nights 5 days.

The 2024 Release Form will have a space for you to provide which nights you’ll be attending.

We will travel across 21 bridges through a forest of cedars and conifers to reach falls and a creek. This moderate 4.7 mile loop with an elevation gain of 1,099’ and should take roughly 2.5 hours to complete without any stops.

The trail is well marked, well maintained, and dog friendly. There are benches available along the way to stop and have lunch or take rest breaks. This is the perfect time of year to visit this trail, sign up now so you don’t miss out on this event!

There will be plenty of photo opportunities so don’t forget the camera!

Come join us for our second event in RVA! We'll be much closer to the downtown core of RVA this time around and will be hiking a 6.1 mile loop hike with almost 500 feet in elevation gain.

Other than occasional crossings this is a single track trail that we have to share with mountain bikers, so we will be keeping the group small at 12 people.

This is rated "moderate" but personally think it's on the easier side of moderate.

This will be a hike combining 3 trails in Wenatchee's 1700-acre reserve which represents a critical piece of protected open lands in the Wenatchee Foothills. Wildlife can move from the mountains to the valley. Mule deer will always find a winter haven here. People can hike or bike for miles on trails that start right out of the city’s back door

We will do a 7.3 mile loop hike to explore the many wildflowers blooming during this time.

There is no shade on this hike, the morning temperatures heat up quick, and expect dusty windy conditions.

Spend your Mother's Day with Mother Earth on this 6 mile in-and-out trail in the Spring Mountains to a hidden arch. With about 1,761 elevation gain, All Trails marks this as hard. It's a hidden gem, so the trail doesn't receive much traffic. Before you get to the hidden arch, you crest a mountain with incredible views of the Las Vegas Valley and Red Rock Canyon.

Right in your backyard! This trail is a choose your own adventure beginning complete with rock scrambles up to the mesa edge. Here you can explore the rock faces hunting for petroglyphs. Considered a strenuous hike, Chasm Lake offers spectacular views just below the famous Long’s Peak, the highest peak in the park.

We’ll start this trail at 9,400 feet and steadily climb through a subalpine forest up to the alpine tundra. Here, you’ll cross a vast tundra meadow of rocks, and fragile plants - keep an eye out for marmots and pikas! At the Chasm Junction there is an outhouse available. We’ll get spectacular offers views into a deep gorge of Peacock Pool and Columbine Falls. After this, the trail turns to rock and you may need to use cairns to do easy rock climbing up the cirque to where the lake is located.

Let's take a hike!

This trail is 1.4 miles and relatively easy. We'll begin with a paved path past various archeological sites. Midway on the trail there is a section to ascend stairs and optional ladders to explore carved alcoves (this section can be bipassed if necessary). We'll finish with a stroll through trees and if we're lucky spot Abert's squirrels with tufted ears.

Normally, there is an entrance fee ($25) but this day is a free day in honor of National Park Week (expect some additional visitors and plan extra time for parking).

Mt. Pemigewasset is one of the NH 52 With a View mountains. The trail itself is 3.2 miles out and back, and a little over 1,200 ft of elevation gain, culminating in a beautiful view of Lincoln Township and areas south.

We expect winter hiking conditions, though we'll update participants as the event draws closer and conditions become more apparent.

This is a good hike for those without much winter hiking experience.

This is also a "Turtle Hike" meaning we will be taking it slow and steady both up and down. Please do not be concerned that you're "too slow" for our group. We will be stopping A LOT to allow hikers to rest and stay fresh.

Come one, come all to our unique and unforgettable celebration of the season! This family-friendly event offers a blend of indoor and outdoor activities found nowhere else in Dane County. Stations throughout the grounds will lead visitors through the history and science of maple syruping. Visitors will learn how to tap trees for sap and can enjoy free samples of maple syrup and maple cream. Maple ice cream sundaes will also be available for purchase. Hello you wintry Coloradans! Time for a two event Saturday. Join us for one or both, it's up to you!

We're meeting up in Summit county's Frisco - a small mountain town coming in at over nine thousand feet with a population of just over three thousand for a snow shoe/microspike excursion. It's a popular moderately challenging 2.6 out and back route with about 800 feet of elevation gain. This is a free event and we can have any number of people attend.

After the hike, we will break for lunch nearby. and meet for the second activity - tubing.

Meet up for this activity is 1:15pm. This activity costs $32 and has a separate waiver (for the adventure park) that needs to be signed ahead of time.

*There are limited tubing spots.
